July Cottage is a cosy, warm and quintessential two-bedroom terraced cottage. It is decorated with flair and beautifully furnished throughout, it is a perfect Cornish retreat for couples and families alike. It is situated in the heart of Constantine village, which is just a few miles from the bustling marine town of Falmouth.
The ground floor hosts an open-plan sitting and dining room, a wonderful space in which to relax after a day at the beach, walking or exploring the Constantine area. In winter, put your feet up with a good book in front of the roaring wood burning stove and put on the television which offers Freeview and Netflix using your own login access.
The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer. Home-cooked meals can be enjoyed around the dining table or take it outside for some al fresco dining. The shower room is gorgeous, a huge walk-in shower and toasty underfloor heating add a touch more luxury to your stay, wash off the day before heading upstairs to the two, beautifully appointed bedrooms one with an antique brass bed, the second with two cosy twin beds.
The enclosed cottage garden provides a bistro table with seating for up to four with a compact terrace to relax and read a book, or to enjoy the last of the day’s rays with a glass of something tasty
