This charming and romantic one-bedroom cottage is ideally located in beautiful Malpas. The Nook has been furnished and equipped with your relaxation in mind with local art adorning the walls, a comfortable corner sofa, television, DVD/Blu-ray and CD player along with DAB radio. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer plus extra larder fridge and a washing machine. There is a generous king-size bed in the bedroom and a modern shower room with double shower cubicle.
Unlike many other holiday rentals in the village, The Nook comes with private parking - an essential in this increasingly popular village since the local pub -just a short walk from the property - has been awarded the prestigious accolade of Pub of the Year 2022 because of its amazing food, farm and coffee shop and stunning river views.
The Malpas Marina is simply stunning with breathtaking river views. From here there are regular boat trips down to Falmouth, the third largest natural harbour in the world. You can also disembark at Trelissick where there is a waterside historic house and garden to explore. The city of Truro is just a couple of miles away with its cathedral, shops and eateries. However, when you want to stay ‘in’ a barbecue is provided for alfresco dining on the patio garden area.
