hi, im casey ,im 19, and i just resently became fascinated in my family history, i have found out that there is descendants in the argall family from cornwall.......if anyone one has any info on the argall family in general or in cornwall let me know at
any info would be great oh and to nkow you got the right argall family....its the family that includes "sir samual argall" thanks.

Hi Casey,

The name Argall comes from the Cornish-language word "argal" meaning a retreat (like a winter or summer retreat, not a retreat in battle). "Argal" still exists in place names.
